1:00pm – 2:00pm | Concealed Carry and the Court On the web Please join the Texas Federalist Society on Oct. 20 at 1pm as we host veteran Second Amendment litigator Dr. Stephen Halbrook and Professor Joseph Blocher, Co-Director of the Duke Center for Firearms Law, for a debate about the upcoming Supreme Court concealed-carry case N.Y. State Rifle & Pistol Ass'n Inc. v. Bruen. Dr. Halbrook. and Prof. Blocher will analyze the issue presented in Bruen in light of District of Columbia v. Heller and post-Heller Second Amendment jurisprudence in the lower courts. The first 50 Texas Law students to register will receive a $10 redemption code for DoorDash to enjoy a meal during the event.
