Issues of race and racism are often absent from scholarly and casebook discussions of tort law. Race and racism, however, have a substantial influence on a broad range of issues within tort law, from the valuation of injuries to the types of tort claims recognized by courts. Join us for a discussion on these and related matters with Professor Melissa Wasserman. Boxed lunches will be provided!
