Professor Carliss Chatman (’04) is professor of Corporate Law, Contracts, and Professional Responsibility at Washington and Lee School of Law. As discussed in her recent article in UCLA’s Law Review, “Federalizing Caremark,” Professor Chatman will present on the difficulty of shareholder recovery in derivative litigation and an innovative solution to the problem.
