Texas Law’s Pipeline Program: Beginnings and Beyond, its Office for Equity and Inclusion, and its Admissions Office invite students, faculty, and the general public to a screening of the award-winning documentary, Becoming Black Lawyers: African Americans and the Law School Experience. Following the screening, Texas Law alums will discuss their experience navigating law school and the legal profession while Black. The panel discussion will be moderated by Shavonne Henderson, Lecturer and Texas Law’s Associate Dean for Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging. The event is co-sponsored by the Thurgood Marshall Legal Society.
