7th Court of Appeals The Texas 7th Court of Appeals (Amarillo, TX) will be holding oral arguments in UT Law’s Kraft W. Eidman Courtroom (CCJ 2.306) on Wednesday, March 29th as part of the Advocacy Program’s Judges in Residence series. Presentation of book by Ariel Dulitzky The new book El “Tri”: Deportes, Derechos Humanos y Violencia (The “Tri”: Sports, Human Rights, and Violence) written by Ariel Dulitzky in collaboration with Texas Law alum Clarissa Iglesias Torres and published by the Instituto de Estudios Constitucionales del Estado de Querétaro (The Institute for Constitutional Studies of Querétaro State) will be presented March 30. Ariel is a Clinical Professor and Director of the Human Rights Clinic at Texas Law and also teaches the course International Sports and Human Rights Law. Clarissa Iglesias Torres practices law in New York City. Dulitzky, Iglesias Torres, and Rogelio Flores Pantoja, Director of Institute for Constitutional Studies will all participate in the presentation.
Live interpretation into English will be provided for those portions of the discussion which are in Spanish.
