Join the Judicial Clerkship Program for one of our four introductory sessions on Judicial Clerkships. We'll introduce you to the resources and support available to apply to judicial clerkships as well as detailed instructions on how to begin the application process for 2026-term clerkship positions. The law school’s writing consultant will cover some of the basic differences between the practical legal writing skills students learned in their first year of law school and the academic writing skills expected for seminar papers and law review notes.

Each year, TBLS hosts the Texas Transactional Skills Competition. This year, the competition will take place in person on Saturday, October 5th. Students will have a chance to try their hand at contract drafting and negotiation.
