We'll introduce you to the resources and support available to apply to judicial clerkships as well as detailed instructions on how to begin the application process for 2026-term clerkship positions. Professor Nelson Tebbe (Cornell Law School) joins us to discuss his recent paper, A First Amendment Realignment: Political Inversion in the Law of Speech Hosts. In his paper, Professor Tebbe argues that political inversions have affected constitutional discourse around the regulation of digital platforms and campus speech, and he explores the challenges and possibilities that these turnabouts may present. Lunch will be provided.
