    Should Texas Regulate Big Tech?

    Texas Federalist Society is hosting a debate on whether states should be actively regulating Big Tech companies, especially in light of the recent NetChoice Supreme Court case. We will host Thomas Berry from the Cato Institute to present about the First Amendment concerns on this issue, and former Texas Solicitor General and current Texas Law Professor Aaron Nielson will respond.
