Texas Federalist Society is hosting a debate on whether states should be actively regulating Big Tech companies, especially in light of the recent NetChoice Supreme Court case. We will host Thomas Berry from the Cato Institute to present about the First Amendment concerns on this issue, and former Texas Solicitor General and current Texas Law Professor Aaron Nielson will respond. Open to all second- and third-year law students, the FLI is a hands-on crash course designed to allow students of all experience levels to learn new skills or hone existing ones.
