Drug Cartels and Due Process: Assessing the Trump Administration's Use of Military Force Against Drugboats

Texas Federalist Society is hosting a debate on the legality and prudence of the recent (and ongoing) bombings by the Trump Administration of boats that it claims are carrying drugs and heading for the United States.
