Texas Federalist Society is hosting a debate on for-cause removal protections for independent agency heads in the executive branch. We will host John Bash, Co-Chair of Quinn Emanuel’s National Appellate Practice, and Professor John Golden from the University of Texas School of Law to discuss this issue.
