Thou Shall Not Display: A Debate on the Ten Commandments in Classrooms

Texas Federalist Society is hosting a debate on the recently enacted Texas law that requires the Ten Commandments to be posted in public school classrooms. We will host Hiram Sasser, Executive General Counsel at First Liberty (and Texas Law Adjunct Professor), and Professor Steven Collis from the University of Texas School of Law to discuss this issue. Join Law Students for Life for a discussion with Dr. Joe Pojman, President of Texans for Life Coalition, on the impact of pro-life laws in Texas. Dr. Pojman has spent decades working with legislators and advocates to develop pro-life policy at the Texas Capitol. He will discuss how recent laws were crafted and whether they are working in practice, followed by Q&A. Lunch provided.
