Building and Practicing in the AI Future with Travis Wussow

PATMAN (Patman Family Plaza)

Join the Strauss Center for International Security and Law as we host Travis Wussow, who will cover the complex and evolving regulatory questions raised by AI's infrastructure development. RSVP to ali.prince@austin.utexas.edu to be included in lunch ordering.

EmPOWERed for Public Interest: Mentorship Dinner

Qi Austin: Modern Asian Kitchen

Join us for the last EmPOWERed for Public Interest (EPI) event of the semester – a mentorship dinner with local public interest lawyers!

During the dinner, you’ll be paired with lawyers who share your interest in public interest law. You’ll be able to ask questions, learn from their experiences, and gain valuable insights that could shape your path in this field. Whether you’re curious about their legal specialty or seeking advice on pursuing a public interest law career, this is a great opportunity to learn from local public interest attorneys in a casual and relaxed setting.

While this dinner is not intended to pair each student with a mentor, we hope it will provide an opportunity for students to meet and form connections with attorneys who share similar interests.

There is no cost to attend this event. However, capacity for this event is limited. Applications are due by 11:59 p.m. (CT) on Thursday, April 2. Students will be notified whether they have been selected to attend on Friday, April 3. Apply here: https://utexas.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_77M49cmdM4FeRng
