Join the Texas Law Veterans Association for coffee and conversation every Wednesday morning from 8 am to 9 am in the Tom Clark Lounge (next to the Docket). It's a great way to connect with fellow veterans, build community, and start your day with good company and caffeine. All law veteran students, alumni, and supporters of the org are welcome.

Are you a 1L student at a Texas law school who is in the process of completing their Declaration of Intention to Study Law, and you have unanswered questions about the Declaration form or filing process? In addition to our FAQ page, we offer Declaration Office Hours to help you get the answers you need.

Presented each fall by the CSO, the Public Service Expo offers Texas Law students an opportunity to informally meet with government agencies and public interest organizations to learn about the employers and available internship and job opportunities.

This year's Expo will be held over two days in the Susman Godfrey Atrium from 11:30 a.m.-1:15 p.m. on Tuesday, September 29, 2026 and Wednesday, September 30, 2026. There will be different employers attending each day.

Join the Christian Legal Society for Bible study, lunch, and fellowship. Lunch is provided, and all are welcome.

Weekly meeting for the Catholic Law Student Society

The Center will host a conversation with Cisselon Nichols Hurd, former Senior Legal Counsel for Shell Oil Company. Join us to hear career insights and leadership lessons from a nationally respected environmental litigator whose career includes two Fortune 500 companies, is a former federal prosecutor and a legal leader in mentorship and community service. Lunch will be provided.

Join the Women's Law Caucus for a social hour with attorneys from Foley & Lardner. There will be drinks and light snacks and we will have a fun activity students can do! More information will be available closer to the start of the event.
