Join the Texas Law Veterans Association for coffee and conversation every Wednesday morning from 8 am to 9 am in the Tom Clark Lounge (next to the Docket). It's a great way to connect with fellow veterans, build community, and start your day with good company and caffeine. All law veteran students, alumni, and supporters of the org are welcome.

This is a lunch-and-learn speaker event featuring Jim Walsh, focused on the Trump Administration's push to dismantle the DOE. We will discuss the Administration's legal authority (or lack thereof), what an interagency agreement actually does, and what the transfer of things like special education to HHS will mean for the families attorneys serve. Lunch will be provided.
