Join ACS and PALS for a discussion about the prevalence and constitutionality of modern surveillance by Flock and Axon. We will feature presentations by Adam Klein (Strauss Center), Jeffrey Rowes (Institute for Justice), and Mackenzie Rhine (Texas Law Postgraduate Public Interest Fellow) who will address data security, constitutional law implications, safety concerns, and local advocacy.
