Join FGLS for this opportunity to hear about applying for and working in the private sector straight from first-gen 2Ls! These students have the most recent experience navigating this system, and are excited to share the tips and tricks they've picked up this past year.

Rep. Chip Roy is a Republican representing Texas’s 21st Congressional District, which includes parts of Austin, San Antonio, and the Texas Hill Country. A graduate of the University of Virginia and the University of Texas School of Law, he previously served as First Assistant Attorney General of Texas, Chief of Staff to Senator Ted Cruz, senior adviser to Governor Rick Perry, and a federal prosecutor. He serves on the House Judiciary, Rules, and Budget Committees and is Policy Chair of the House Freedom Caucus. The Texas Federalist Society is hosting Congressman Roy for a conversation about his time in office and his thoughts on the future.
