Sponsored by The Private Law Theory Program, this private event brings together leading property scholars who are invited to present and discuss papers on a variety of topics, including property theory, land use, takings, the history of property law, and intellectual property. It features several panels devoted to the discussion of advanced “works in progress” and some roundtables on “early-stage” ideas.

ACS is partnering with Co-Equal to provide students with an opportunity to learn about Congressional oversight; the functions, limitations, and careers it produces!
