"Declaration of Intention to Study Law" Timely-Filing Deadline

The Declaration of Intent to Study Law must be be filed by all persons who have begun their law study at ABA-approved schools in Texas and intend to apply for licensure in Texas.

Your Declaration must be filed or postmarked by October 1st to be considered timely-filed. A $150 late fee will be imposed on all Declarations filed after October 1st.

Texas February 2012 Bar Exam Application Absolute Deadline

Reminder for 3Ls planning to sit for the Texas February 2012 Bar Exam: in order to sit for the exam, your In-State Application to Take the TX Bar Exam must be post-marked by Oct. 30, 2011. This deadline is strictly enforced.

Space is limited and available on a first-registered basis. Only pre-registered students will be admitted.
