This deadline is strictly enforced. A $150 late fee will apply for all applications filed after Aug. 30 and up to the Oct. 30, 2011 Absolute Postmark Deadline. Your Declaration must be filed or postmarked by October 1st to be considered timely-filed. A $150 late fee will be imposed on all Declarations filed after October 1st. The TX BLE office is not open on weekends; if you would like to hand deliver your completed application by the end of the Friday September 30 business day, the TX BLE office is located at: 205 W. 14th St. Ste 500, Austin, TX 78701 You're encouraged to arrive well in advance of the 5 PM closing time.
