Students will learn the Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct that govern a lawyer’s responsibilities in this circumstance, as well as best practices in responding to a colleague who is experiencing varying degrees of an impairment. Ms. Buchanan will also provide students with information on how to access resources on campus and within the legal profession.
