The clinical work was not only exciting and rewarding, but it was also extremely practical. As a practicing attorney I use the skills that I learned in the Civil Rights Clinic every single day. I would especially recommend taking the clinic if you are thinking of perusing a fellowship. It taught me how to thoughtfully and strategically approach civil rights litigation.
