COVID-19 in Texas: Federal, State, and Local Housing Stability Policies

The Entrepreneurship and Community Development Clinic at The University of Texas School of Law has launched a new website that tracks policies adopted by the federal government, State of Texas, and local jurisdictions to help Texas residents stay in their homes during the COVID-19 pandemic and accompanying financial crisis. The site covers renter protections, foreclosure protections, and utility access protections.

These policies are changing daily. If you know of a policy that should be included or updated, please contact the clinic staff at CommunityAssistanceProject@law.utexas.edu.
