The course will focus on important areas of corporation law that are either not covered or not covered in-depth in the Business Associations course. Selected topics in corporation law, corporate finance and corporate reorganization will be explored.
Students who have taken Prof. Carson's Corporation Law, Finance, Securities and Reorganizations course are not eligible to take this Corporate Finance course.
