Description

As the Texas Solicitor General's Office turns 20, this course will look at the history of the office and how it has shaped public law litigation arising in Texas. Additionally, students will reargue four of the biggest cases from the Office's 20-year history. The course will be co-taught by current Texas SG Kyle Hawkins and former SG Scott Keller.

This course will meet every other week for 14 weeks (7 class meetings):  8/28, 9/1, 9/25, 10/9, 10/23, 11/6, and 11/20.
