Description

Covid jumpstarted what had been a slow transition to remote arbitrations and other proceedings. Now the world of online arbitration and dispute resolution is becoming the new norm. From blockchain contracts, AI to ODR this short course exposures you to the knowledge and skills you need to be successful in this new medium. Some skills will be performed over Zoom and expect some asynchronous learning.
