Description
This course introduces the form and writing style of an appellate brief. The focus is on using facts and legal authority to persuade appellate judges. The course also covers oral argument before an appellate panel. All students will be required to write a complete appellate brief and present an oral argument. Graded: pass/fail.Instructors
