Description

Transactions will be a two-hour course meeting two times per week.  Certain contractual provisions including payment, change and disputes will be discussed. A FIDIC format of contract will be reviewed.  At least one contract will be reviewed in detail.  Time permitting, selected cases will also be discussed.
