Dave Campell ’08 is a partner at Thompson & Horton LLP in Austin, where he represents clients in all types of litigation including cases involving employment law, civil rights, commercial disputes, personal injury and wrongful death claims, administrative procedures and appeals, governance matters, ultra vires claims, and governmental immunity.
Dave Campell ’08 is a partner at Thompson & Horton LLP in Austin, where he represents clients in all types of litigation including cases involving employment law, civil rights, commercial disputes, personal injury and wrongful death claims, administrative procedures and appeals, governance matters, ultra vires claims, and governmental immunity.
When not in the courtroom, Campbell has enjoyed advising school districts as general counsel and has served as moot court coach and an adjunct professor at Texas Law for legal writing and appellate advocacy. Prior to beginning private practice, he interned at the Texas Supreme Court and the Texas Association of School Boards, and clerked for Justice Terry Jennings withthe First Court of Appeals of Texas.
