Elana S. Einhorn

Elana Einhorn '89 is a civil-appellate specialist who oversees judicial internships as an adjunct professor, a role she has held since 2008. In addition to her experience as a practicing appellate attorney, she has over 10 years of experience working with judges in state and federal court as a staff attorney and law clerk. Professor Einhorn is board-certified in civil-appellate law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization and has served on the Civil Appellate Specialization Exam Committee.
Elana Einhorn is a Texas civil-appellate specialist who joined the faculty in 2008. In addition to her experience as a practicing appellate attorney, she has over ten years' experience working with judges in state and federal court as a staff attorney and law clerk. She received her law degree from the University of Texas School of Law (J.D. with honors, Order of the Coif, 1989) and her undergraduate degree from Florida International University (B.A. with high honors, English, 1986). She is board-certified in civil-appellate law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization, and has served on the Civil Appellate Specialization Exam Committee.
