Paul Gugliuzza is an expert on intellectual property law and civil procedure. His research focuses on patent law and litigation, with articles published in the Stanford Law Review, University of Pennsylvania Law Review, Virginia Law Review, and Duke Law Journal, among others. He has testified before the U.S. Senate and the U.S. House of Representatives, and his scholarship has been cited in over twenty judicial opinions. Before academia, he practiced in the Issues and Appeals group at Jones Day in Washington, D.C. and clerked for Judge Ronald Gould on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
