Abstract

A complete, two volume treatise comprehensively detaling every aspcet of state class action practice and procedure. Organized state-by-state, the treatise sets forth the particlaur state class action rule adopted by the state legislatures or state Supreme Courts, and the jurisprudence issued by state courts applying the relevant state class action rule. An introductory chapter discusses the federal class action Rule 23, and the relationship of the federal rule to the various state class action rules.
