Members of the Pro Bono in January student leadership team help the Mithoff Program Director plan the annual PBinJ winter break service trip.
The Pro Bono in January student leadership team helps ensure that each year’s trip responds to student interests and needs while providing needed legal services to communities in south Texas. Leadership team members are past trip participants who provide feedback on work placements, field visits, and team building events. Leadership team members also help recruit students for the trip and select trip participants in early November. They serve as student leaders while we are onsite during winter break and provide support to first-time trip participants.
