At the Mithoff Program’s Wills Clinics, Texas Law students working under the supervision of licensed attorneys prepare wills and other estate planning documents for individuals in Central Texas who cannot afford to hire an attorney.

Fall semester Wills Clinics are currently scheduled to take place in Austin on September 24 and October 7. The Mithoff Program will contact you using the email address you provide in the survey if we are able to offer you an appointment at a Wills Clinic.
