Students will conduct evidence reviews and perform other tasks (e.g., interviewing clients, drafting letters of medical necessity and direct examination questions) required to prepare for Medicaid fair hearings requested on behalf of medically fragile children. Students will work in teams of two and be matched with a DRTX lawyer on a specific child’s case.
