Students will explain name, image and likeness (NIL) rights and NIL contract basics to student influencers, including student athletes, and answer their questions about these topics. The NIL Drop-In Pilot is being hosted in partnership with the UT Athletics Department.

Mithoff Pro Bono Program
The Mithoff Program’s Transactional Project provides legal support to local small business owners without access to legal services, and gives law students an opportunity to build transactional legal skills. The project advises entrepreneurs on choice of entity, NIL, forming an LLC, trademark protection, and corporate governance and compliance issues.
