Students will help persons with lived experience of mental illness draft advance directives as part of a person-centered planning approach to the treatment of individuals with mental illness by third parties, including medical and law enforcement personnel.

The INCLUDE Project enables students to provide free legal serves to persons with disabilities and their families. INCLUDE is an internal project of the Richard and Ginni Mithoff Pro Bono Program, in partnership with the William Wayne Justice Center for Public Interest Law. The Psychiatric Advance Directives Project involves a collaboration between INCLUDE and Integral Care.
