Students will research entity types and basic corporate governance before the November 1 event. At the event, students will present on entity types and answer questions from student entrepreneurs. The Student Entrepreneur Choice of Entity Event is a partnership between the Mithoff Program and The Launchpad to advise UT student entrepreneurs on entity types and basic corporate governance.

Mithoff Pro Bono Program
The Transactional Project is an internal project of the Richard and Ginni Mithoff Pro Bono Program that provides legal support to local small business owners without access to legal services, and gives law students an opportunity to build transactional legal skills. The project advises entrepreneurs on choice of entity formation, forming an LLC, and corporate governance and compliance issues. The November 1 event will be conducted in partnership with The Launchpad. The Launchpad is an entrepreneurship hub that helps undergraduate and graduate students of all majors explore and navigate entrepreneurship on the 40 Acres.
