Law students paired with attorney volunteers will consult with individual workers about their workplace grievances; inform workers how their legal rights are implicated; and, when appropriate, draft and submit complaints to applicable government agencies such as the EEOC, Department of Labor, or OSHA, or refer workers to attorneys participating in our pro bono network to review as potential clients for full scope representation. Serving Justice is a campaign to protect workers' rights in the restaurant industry – with special emphasis on discrimination, wage theft, and personal safety.
