Students will conduct a trademark search and research their assigned business before meeting their business owner at an in-person clinic that will provide an opportunity for local business owners and student entrepreneurs, referred through community partners, to receive counseling on trademark protection for their business names and/or logos. During the clinic, volunteers will discuss the findings from their research with the business owner and answer any questions the business owner may have with the support of a supervising attorney.
