Trademark Law Consultation Workshop

Students will conduct a trademark search and research a local business before meeting their assigned business owner at an in-person workshop that will provide an opportunity for local business owners, nonprofits, creatives, and student entrepreneurs, referred through community partners, to receive counseling on trademark protection for their business names and/or logos. During the workshop, volunteers will discuss the findings from their research with the business owner and answer any questions the business owner may have with the support of a supervising attorney.
