Texas Law Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) Renewals Clinic

Students will help Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) recipients (aka “DREAMers”) complete applications to renew their status. DACA renewal will extend their protection from deportation, as well as authorization to work legally, for a period of two years. While the government is not accepting new applications for the DACA program, it continues to accept DACA renewal applications pursuant to a court order.
