The Declaration of Intent to Study Law is to be filed by all persons who have begun their law study at ABA-approved schools in Texas for the Spring semester and intend to apply for licensure in Texas.
Your Declaration must be filed or postmarked by October 1st to be considered timely-filed. A $150 late fee will be imposed on all Declarations filed after May 1st.
