Coercive Contracts in the Age of #MeToo

n the age of #MeToo and workplace sexual harassment, the role of coercive contracts in suppressing harassment claims, workplace abuses, and more have entered the public sphere. During this discussion, we will discuss how these forms of contracts have come into play, ways in which we can protect workers' rights, and ongoing movements at all levels to eliminate the presence of coercive contracts, from Hollywood to the legal profession.
