After lunch, the afternoon sessions shift to recent developments in the hydrocarbon sector, including regulatory changes in Mexico and geopolitical tensions affecting the natural gas market. The day concludes with a panel on offshore wind, discussing recent U.S. policy developments, lease cancellations and litigation, and the challenges private companies face when developing offshore wind projects.
