We'll introduce you to the resources and support available to apply to judicial clerkships as well as detailed guidance on the timing of applications and how to begin the application process for 2028-term clerkship positions.

A focused, 4-part introduction to advocacy skills. Open to all second- and third-year law students, the FLI is a hands-on crash course designed to allow students of all experience levels to learn new skills or hone existing ones. Students work directly with Texas Law’s interscholastic mock trial coaches and instructors to focus on skills necessary to communicate effectively as a lawyer as well as successfully compete in a mock trial competition

National Security Career Fair

The Clements-Strauss Intelligence Studies Project will host the UT Austin's National Security Career Fair on Monday, September 14, 2026 from 9:00AM to 3:00PM at the Texas Union, Shirley Bird Perry Ballroom. The event is only open to UT Austin students and alumni. Registration is required.

Join IPLS and TIPLJ for IP 101 with Professor Gugliuzza! This one-hour session will provide a beginner-friendly introduction to intellectual property law, including an overview of patents, trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets.
