    TBLS Small Business Boot Camp

    TBLS will bring in professionals to train members on basic business organizational documents and go over issues and questions that small business owners frequently ask at clinics. Members will also be trained on clinic intake and client interview techniques.

    Environmental Law Practitioners Panel

    The Texas Environmental Law Journal invites all students to a panel discussion of members of the Environmental and Natural Resources Law Section of the State Bar of Texas as they share their prospective on various environmental practice areas and what a typical day in their practice is like. Learn what you can do now as a student to prepare for a career in environmental law. Panelists include Lyn Clancy, LCRA and TELJ ENRLS Editor-in-Chief; Myron Hess, National Wildlife Federation; Bane Phillippi, Weisbart, Springer, Hayes; Chris Smith, Thompson and Knight; Mary Smith, Office of the Attorney General, Environmental Protection Division.

    Postgraduate Public Interest Fellowships

    Are you a 2L thinking of applying for a postgraduate public interest fellowship? Are you a 3L thinking about applying for one after your judicial clerkship? A panel of current and former fellows will address how you should be preparing now to position yourself as a viable candidate for these highly competitive fellowships.
