Ware V. Wendell

Ware Wendell ’02 is the founder of Wendell Law Group in Austin, where he focuses on civil litigation and public law matters. He has successfully handled civil litigation matters for his clients across a range of areas, including residential construction, consumer, and policyholder disputes, as well as other types of cases since founding his own practice in 2006. His advocacy has won him awards, but he finds the gratitude of his clients to be the greatest reward. Providing them with personal and professional service is his mission as an attorney.

Located in Austin, his firm’s office is equipped to serve clients across the state on public law matters before the Texas Capitol. Wendell has worked at a high level in both chambers of the legislature, serving as the legislative aide to a senior member of the Texas House and as chief of staff in the Texas Senate, giving him valuable insights into the legislative process.
