Legislative Internship Application

While we encourage you to get your application in as soon as possible, we recognize that students often do not secure placements until shortly before the semester begins. We will make registration accommodations on a case-by-case basis and do everything we can to ensure that a student with a qualifying placement can enroll.

Provide ALL of the following information about the legislative office that has agreed to host your internship: office name, phone number, the proposed supervising attorney’s name, phone number and email address. Supervising attorneys must have at least two years of experience. If you are proposing an office and supervisor not on the pre-approved list on the course website, please contact the instructor to discuss. We will need to evaluate the placement and contact the proposed supervising attorney to invite him/her to participate in the program.*
