The application deadline for the 2024 – 2025 academic year is April 4, 2024.
- Students must commit to a full year of internship (both fall and spring, excluding the summer).
- Students will receive 4 credits, 2 for each term of the internship.
- While not required, students may wish to enroll in Advanced Federal Criminal Prosecution, Federal Criminal Law, Criminal Procedure, and Evidence.

If the U.S. Attorney’s Office is interested in you, they will request an interview. You will also have to undergo an FBI background check.
